With the Yeacode printer system we can supply a range of options for high-resolution printing.
The printers are low maintenance, as their modular architecture means that individual components can be easily swapped by your own technical team, without having to rely on an external service engineer.
We have a range of printheads ranging from 36mm to 108mm in height. You can use oil-based or UV curing ink depending on your application and budget.
Our latest printer system uses the 7SA printhead, which prints up to 108mm high at 360 dpi and has a recirculating ink supply that rarely needs priming. It has been designed specifically for the pallet manufacturing industry. To find out more about the system, you can download the brochure, here.
The Yeacode printer gives super sharp print quality using a 300 or 360 dpi piezo print head with a unique cartridge delivery system. One print head can print 0.5mm – 108mm, but the print heads can be “stacked” for printing larger messages.
UV Curing System together with UV ink allows coding on a wide range of non-porous substrates. Our one-to-one pairing of UV LED illuminating head and printhead minimizes maintenance and equipment cost. Cascadable UV controller provides scalability of curing area.
