Contactloos markeren<\/b> Twee pi\u00ebzoprintkoppen van 32 mm Yeacode kunnen op beide zijden van PE-buizen printen en zo een onuitwisbare markering met hoge resolutie aanbrengen zonder de buis te beschadigen. Contactloos markeren is een essentieel kenmerk van het systeem. Een contactwiel zou druk uitoefenen op de buis en zou kunnen leiden tot \"ovaliteit\" van de buizen door pletten.\n

\nBestand tegen oplosmiddelen<\/b> Het oppervlak van de buizen wordt met plasma behandeld en vervolgens bedrukt met witte gepigmenteerde inkt die UV-uithardt om een markering te verkrijgen die bestand is tegen oplosmiddelen en slijtage. De afdruk in hoge resolutie bevat de productspecificatie en afmetingen, evenals het logo van de fabrikant.\n

\nWeinig onderhoud<\/b> De installatie bevat de inkjetprinter en een ge\u00efntegreerde UV-controller. Het modulaire systeem zorgt voor weinig onderhoud en de touchscreen controller zorgt voor eenvoudige bediening. De printer en UV-uithardingsmodule zijn op 1 mm afstand van het gebogen oppervlak van de buis gemonteerd, waardoor een scherpe witte afdruk ontstaat tegen het donkere oppervlak van de buis.\n
