Les palettes destin\u00e9es au transport international doivent \u00eatre marqu\u00e9es d'un cachet de traitement thermique pour indiquer qu'elles sont conformes aux r\u00e9glementations ISPM15. Les m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles de marquage des palettes comprennent le marquage \u00e0 chaud et le marquage au pochoir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cependant, l'impression \u00e0 jet d'encre est une m\u00e9thode alternative de marquage des palettes, qui produit un marquage rapide, r\u00e9gulier et de haute qualit\u00e9, sans les inconv\u00e9nients du risque d'incendie ou des co\u00fbts de main-d'\u0153uvre \u00e9lev\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le marquage par la chaleur br\u00fble la marque dans le bois, \u00e0 l'aide d'une plaque de laiton grav\u00e9e et chauff\u00e9e \u00e0 plus de 500 degr\u00e9s Celsius. Mais cette m\u00e9thode demande beaucoup de travail et les encres \u00e0 base d'eau s'effacent souvent si le pochoir est d\u00e9plac\u00e9 ou s'ab\u00eement au fil du temps en raison d'une utilisation constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le jet d'encre r\u00e9sout ces probl\u00e8mes et offre d'autres avantages tels que la qualit\u00e9 d'impression fine pour des textes et des logos nets, ou les possibilit\u00e9s de donn\u00e9es variables pour les codes de date automatiques et la s\u00e9rialisation.<\/p>\n\n\n

Par rapport au marquage, l'impression \u00e0 jet d'encre pr\u00e9sente moins de risques, tant pour l'op\u00e9rateur que pour l'environnement. Les imprimantes fonctionnent \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante et, plut\u00f4t que de manipuler des plaques chauffantes pour modifier un message, l'op\u00e9rateur peut changer le motif d'impression en appuyant sur un bouton. Le processus de marquage est donc plus rapide : l'op\u00e9rateur n'a pas besoin de manipuler du m\u00e9tal chaud, d'attendre que la plaque de marquage chauffe ou d'arr\u00eater la ligne de production pendant une dizaine de secondes par palette pendant le marquage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les imprimantes \u00e0 jet d'encre consomment \u00e9galement moins d'\u00e9nergie que les imprimantes de marquage. En supposant que la marqueuse utilise 6 \u00e9l\u00e9ments chauffants de 0,75 kW et de l'air comprim\u00e9 pour alimenter 6 cylindres d'air, une imprimante \u00e0 jet d'encre utilisera environ un dixi\u00e8me de l'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour produire une marque \u00e0 haute r\u00e9solution. L'imprimante n'a besoin d'alimenter que deux contr\u00f4leurs et les DEL ne sont allum\u00e9es que lorsque le bloc de palettes passe devant elles, soit environ 7,5% du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
